Advancing e-mobility together.

At SMART/LAB, we develop innovative IT solutions that make e-mobility easily accessible for everyone. Through our networks — ladenetz.de, ladebusiness, ladeport, and e-clearing.net — we connect partners, electric vehicle users, and charging infrastructure operators across Germany and Europe.

Our software solutions support essential business processes throughout the entire charging ecosystem, from infrastructure operations to charging transaction settlement and billing. As part of the DKV Mobility Group, we are backed by strong partners and united by a shared mission: shaping the future of sustainable mobility.

What truly sets us apart is our people. Our team brings together colleagues from 23 different nationalities, and women represent 43.5% of our workforce. For us, diversity is not a buzzword—it is part of our everyday culture. It makes us more creative, stronger, and ultimately more successful.

We develop solutions that are used every day and make a tangible contribution to reliable and future-ready mobility. If you are looking to take ownership, make an impact, and thrive in a collaborative environment, SMART/LAB is the right place for you.
